Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange if:

• The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoices are intact.
• The return request is initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Returns will NOT be accepted for:

• Products showing signs of use, damage, or tampering after delivery.
• Opened electronic items or accessories once the seal is broken.
• Customized, assembled, or special-order products.

2. Return Process

1. Email us at help@trivoxatech.space with your Order ID, product name, and reason for return.
2. Our support team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
3. If approved, return pickup or courier instructions will be shared.
4. Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed.

Note: Returned items must be securely packed to prevent transit damage.

3. Refund Process

Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded via bank transfer or store credit, as applicable.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at help@trivoxatech.space with clear images or a short video. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

5. Non-Returnable Products

• Opened or used electronic products.
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation.
• Consumables such as cables, batteries, adapters, or components.
• Discounted, clearance, or final-sale items.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

If the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, Trivoxa Global Private Limited will bear the shipping cost. For all other reasons, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
